A really good depictionand well thought out idea this challenge of the month. The details and anatomie are very professional. The subtle purple strokes give it that extra finishing touch.

An illustration deserving to be a finalist.

Well done!

Alissandra responds:

Thank you very much, I couldn't wish for a more uplifting feedback! :)

This is a good piece, if you change a few things you might use it in the jazza challenge of the month fear theme

rasikaCart responds:

Ah, thank you :P That's funny that you've said that because this is just a practice hehe

Good job, I hope your dream will come true.

Don't get discouraged if you don't make it though. There are several hundred drawings in these competitions.

You did this really fast, since there is only 1 entry per person you might want to hold on to your illustration and keep adding little things, there are still 26 days left.

Keep it up!

aba1 responds:

This just happens to be my style of art so I have hundreds of horror based art which is why I finished so fast but if I make something between then and now that I prefer I might switch the two out. I am sure I will get front page on NG one day I have been trying for a decade now and am finally not a terrible artist so one of these days I will get there :P

Thanks for the encouragement though I appreciate it ^^

Looks good

Her eyes look dead though. If you add a little highlight from where the sun is coming would make them look much more alive, unless you were going for this look. Human eyes are wet and so they are reflect light.

Errrmalee responds:

I was going for the "dead" eyes kind of look! But I get what you're saying. Thanks!:)

Still much better then any rock I can produce, but I feel like something is off here. Maybe to much or to strong grey tones? Maybe the background? I can't really tell but I think your previous rocks looked more realistic.

Zingoo responds:

Moonstone is tricky because it's usually very milky/grey, and the blue/green shines are often under the surface, or very subtle. Thanks though! They're great practice, and I'm working on more!

nice design

Diives responds:

Thanks :D

It looks just like a picture, but if you look a little closer you can see it's painted. It's easy to see you are a professional.

Zingoo responds:

Wow, thank you so much! I only just graduated from college, so I wouldn't call myself professional yet, but I think it's important to keep studying, keep training my eyes and artistic skills, and to always be open to learning!
That's how we all get better.

Looks really good, I am not familiar with Rüdiger, but it seems legit. Is that a little girl flying with the bats?

Angelus-Mortis responds:

That's actually one of the easter eggs. It's actually another vampire from a a spin off game, and he comes from a very popular series.

Great use of colours. I like her pose and expression.

IrinaEihwaz responds:

Thank you!

Maybe people who never seen your work before won't see that it's a male at first. Compared to your females this looks like a male

ShayInator responds:

Very true, maybe after a lot of looking though, they could tell, I dunno, I'll have to try to make it more manly next time. ;v;
